Nice quick read. Jeff is an excellent teacher and does a really nice job on this example of showing what six sigma is and an overview of how to use it to solve problems. This book is a very good source to use if a person wants to have a better understanding of exactly what a six sigma program can do for them and some of the processes used.Also, if there is any desire to seek a certification, there is no better instructor than Jeff Parks. He mixes lecture with real examples and laboratory experiments for each section. Our Black Belt program was a very successful corporate initiative and could not have even gotten off the ground without Jeff's hard work and understanding.
As for the Bengals....meh. I think they got a decent young TE in Gresham, but not sure that the Law Firm will ever catch many passes out of the backfield.
